Lil Wayne's 1990s lyric notebook is currently on sale for $5 million following the resolution of a protracted ownership dispute earlier this year.
The lyric book was once advertised for $250K five years ago, according to TMZ, but the price has since increased. Moments in Time justified the price hike by pointing out that Wayne is one of the all-time best rappers.
When a guy stated he discovered the notebook in a car that had formerly belonged to Cash Money Records, it became a source of controversy in 2019. When Lil Wayne didn't reply, the court decided in favor of the finder despite Wayne's demands for its return and his cease-and-desist order to stop the sale.
Anyone who can afford it may now have it.
Weezy disclosed last year on The Pivot Podcast that he stopped recording his rhymes after learning that JAY-Z freestyles without a pen and paper.
"Like Biggie, love Jadakiss, love Biggie — I love everything about that, but Jay." I stopped the instant I heard it. My boy is available for an interview. "I heard that JAY-Z is no longer writing," Lil Wayne remarked at the time.
The rapper said, "That was the last time I rapped anything off of a paper. We went in the studio and we did '10,000 Bars.'"
Rapper Juvenile claims that Wayne is getting back together with the Hot Boys to create a new album.
"Hot Boys have reunited." Are you referring to the reunion of the Hot Boys? Prove that you guys aren't keeping up with this, Juvenile remarked in a recent video.
"Turk will be joining me this evening. Next week, I will be with BG. "Me, Wayne, Turk, and BG will be performing live in New Orleans alongside Birdman and Mannie Fresh," he said. Additionally, we have already begun recording a Hot Boys album. Have any more f**king queries? Continue requesting to put the Hot Boys together. Show some f**kin' tolerance.
