T-Boz Sets Record Straight on Health Status and Canceled TLC Shows

Despite her health concerns, T-Boz is not afraid to discuss them openly about how she is feeling. The TLC performer informed fans on social media of the group's cancellation of many gigs. T-Boz claims that the cancellations are the result of her sickle cell illness, which has required many hospital stays in the past. She typically keeps this information private.

She responded, "Karma is on the way," to individuals who have made fun of her health condition, explaining why she takes her health extremely seriously.

T-Boz declared, "People have died from what I just went through."

To be clear, the hitmaker who won several awards insisted that sickle cell had nothing to do with the hospital stay. It's evident that T-Boz is struggling with the disease and her association with it; she's asking people to "quit linking my name to sickle cell."

She said plainly, "I'm Tionne Watkins; I just happen to have a disease, but that's not who I am or all that I am."

The "No Scrubs" singer responded concisely and clearly to rumors that she was on Ozempic.

"I find the ignorance to be really depressing," she said.

T-Boz then displayed scar tissue that she had received from a procedure that she had undergone 24 years prior. The Jasmine Brand claims that a clogged intestine was the procedure's outcome.

She continued, assuring supporters that she is feeling much better, that the scar tissue had already shifted and "unblocked it."

T-Boz acknowledged that she had been out of the hospital for three days as of right now. The vocalist of "Waterfalls," never one to turn down affection, concluded her update by expressing gratitude to the audience.

T-Boz's reply coincides with rumors and worries about her medical well-being and TLC's postponed concerts. The Jasmine Brand chronicled the events by citing a mail dated August 24 that described T-Boz's actions during a recent TLS gig in Toledo, Ohio.

Nevertheless, Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins suffered from acute nausea, vomiting, and severe stomach pains soon after landing in Syracuse. The message stated, "She was seen by a doctor right away and was then transferred to the hospital for additional assessment.

Due to a serious intestinal obstruction that was discovered last night, Tionne's concerts at Foxwoods and Syracuse had to be canceled. Though she is still being monitored by doctors, she should be discharged tomorrow. The physician confirmed that this was an abdominal obstruction rather than food poisoning. Her doctor advised her to remain overnight in the hospital for a CT scan in order to determine the seriousness of her ailment, so she took that advice and decided to cancel.
