Child Safety Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Parlay Brand Co. ("we," "our," or "us") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. The safety of children is a top priority, and we are committed to maintaining a community where abuse and exploitation are never tolerated. This policy describes how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on Parlay.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Parlay. Any account engaged in these activities will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any image, video, or depiction of child sexual abuse, including AI-generated or simulated content.
- Grooming: Any communication or behavior intended to coerce, manipulate, or build trust with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sexual Exploitation: Recruiting, harboring, or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Solicitation: Requesting, offering, or sharing sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18.
- Endangerment: Any content or conduct that places a child at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation.
3. Age Requirements
Parlay is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Where any feature is oriented toward adults (such as events with age restrictions), users must meet the applicable age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and associated information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
4. How to Report
If you encounter content or behavior on Parlay that you believe violates this policy, report it to us immediately. You can report in two ways:
- In-app report: Use the report option available on posts, comments, messages, and other content. Reports are routed to our moderation team through our internal reporting system.
- Contact Us: Reach our team directly through our Contact Us page and describe the content or user you are reporting.
Please include as much detail as possible: the user's display name, the content or message involved, and where you saw it. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first.
5. Enforcement
When we become aware of content or conduct that violates this policy, we take immediate action, which may include:
- Removing the offending content from the platform.
- Suspending or permanently banning the account responsible.
- Preserving records of the violation for law enforcement.
- Reporting the content and user to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to law enforcement.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation.
6. Reporting to Authorities
We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), which forwards reports to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. You can also report suspected child sexual exploitation directly to the CyberTipline at 1-800-843-5678 or online.
7. Contact
